Coalition of Nasarawa West Youths take advocacy to police station

Coalition of Nasarawa youth has recently paid visit to some selected leaders in western region to seek synergy with state government in areas of sensitization on Security, drug abuse, education and health, among the notable leaders visited so far is the present Commissioner for Health, Hon. Pharm. Ahmed Baba Yahaya.

This development has no doubt place the coalition ahead of others in view of their programme and policies put by the youth in Nasarawa West for sociopolitical and economic development, currently going round to provide a direction to the youth and hence the visit to consolidate on the government efforts.

It is in line with it cardinal principles of accomplishments that the Executive members of this coalition took time to meet with the Hon. Commissioner of Health, Pharm. Ahmed Baba Yahaya, where the leader of the coalition Comr. Ganuwa Sunusi Baba, took time to xray the motive behind and the target of the coalition which include supporting Government on the areas of security, drug abuse, rape and related vices as well as youth inclusiveness in politics and governance among others.

Nasarawa west youths ably led by Mr. Sanusi Ganuwa during discussions with Nasarawa Commissioner of Health, Hon. Pharm. Ahmed Baba Yahaya.

Reacting on the mission of the coalition, the commissioner, expressed satisfaction with the level at which the youth at the zonal level felt to compliment the government effort in that regard, promised to offer all the desired support for the betterment of the vulnerable youths and the Society as a whole.

Pharm. Ahmed Yahaya Baba charged youth in the state to continue to be visionary and steadfast in their thinking for a secured, discipline and vibrant economic society.

While warning against political thuggery and confrontational advocacy, noting that the youths have more potentials that the society would positively benefit, hence the need to be more united and productive.
