Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly on Tuesday officially received members of People’s Democratic Party into the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, shortly after his arrival in Umaisha Development Area, Toto local government, Nasarawa State.
Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi who is Amirul Hajj for this year returned to the country barely a week, congratulated the decampees for chosen the best political platform to reckon with in the country.
The Toto local government political leader was speaking during a reception organised in his honour and to welcome him from the Holy land (Saudi Arabia).
The Speaker pointed out that those who laid the foundation of PDP are now with the progressive, noting that Umbrella is no longer in existence.
He thanked the people of Toto local government for the warmest reception done him even as he promised to do more for the people.
Global Times Nigeria report that the political leader was received by the Executive Chairman of Toto local government, Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas, political appointees from LG to State levels, party leaders and supporters across 12 electoral ward were present.
