Governor Yahaya Bello of kogi state has continued to receive encomiums over his administration’s resolved in accepting the hosting of this year’s Nigeria Media Merit Award conference successfully held in Lokoja, kogi state.

The recent commendation and acknowledgement for the Governor came from the Kogi state head of World bank Assisted Project Financial Management Unit – Office of Accountant General, Hajia Memunat Ogirimah asserting that Governor Yahaya Bello has successfully registered first as the only Governor that hosted the all important event since its creation thirty years ago.
Hajia Ogirimah opined that the famous Nigeria Media Merit Award bestowed on the Governor was not only remarkable but will gingered him to do more for the state and its Citizens especially in the areas of security, a fit already accomplished as well as monumental human and infrastructural development being provided to the people.
The State head of World bank Assisted Project financial management unit observed that the media giants who visited the state for the media summit would no doubt translate and transmit to the out- side world what the administration of Alhaji Yahaya Bello was executing in the state.
Memunat Ogirimah used the avenue to eulogized the Governor for generating viable and laudable employment opportunities to the teeming able bodied Youths, Women and the Vulnerable using the World bank assisted project in the state, a fit she described as commendable and desirable
While describing the Nigeria Media Organizations as a touch bearers at restoring democracy and advocating for good governance, equally urged media practitioners in the country to help in championing the clarion calls of Nigeria”s Youths, Women and the people living with disabilities for Governor Yahaya Bello to become President come 2023 at the expiration of the tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Hajiya Ogirimah hinged her advocacy for the Governor to lead the largest black African country come 2023 because according to her, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has demonstrated genuine leadership capacity and capability in securing lives and property of Citizens.

”Since he (Gov Bello) took over the mantle of governance of the young and fast growing confluence state he has excel in security, education, agriculture, infrastructure, youths, Women and Vulnerability and development”.
She therefore advocated for the support of the Nigeria Journalists and Media giants to collaboratively mobilize their unfettered cooperation for the Governor’s presidential candidacy to enable him replicate same for the country in 2023.
