The Governor of Ogun state, Dapo Abiodun has commended the Director General, National Productivity Center, NPC, Dr (Chief) Kashim Akor on his contributions to the Infrastructural development of Ogun state.
The governor bare his mind during the foundation laying ceremony of the new Ilaro’ town hall attracted by the newly coronated Otunba Gbeluniyi of llaro, Yewa land, Chief Kashim Akor held on Sunday in Ilaro township stadium.
He described the feat as rare among public servants , stating that the decision of NPC helmsman to contribute to the development of Yewa land was a good omen.
He says the erection of a gigantic town hall for the area will contribute to the socio-economic development of the headquarters of Yewa land, in view of the prevailing situations in Nigeria.
The state governor also hailed the new Otunba Gbeluniyi of llaro, Chief Akor for attracting a standard stadium to the town , stating that the honor by the people was well deserved.
Governor Abiodun thanked Oba Dr Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle for considering Dr Kashim Akor worthy of the honor,saying this was capable of attracting more development to the ancient town of Ilaro’ kingdom.
