Orbih Congratulates South-South Governors, Charges Them on Development.

Chief Dan Osi Orbih, the PDP South South Vice Chairman, has congratulated the newly sworn in PDP governors of the South/South, charging them to use their mandate to develop the zone.

In an interactive section held in Port-Harcourt with Journalists on Thursday, the Edo State born PDP leader said in the statement that the only thing that can keep the Party, PDP, afloat in the region is development and meeting the yearnings and aspirations of the electorates.

“I want to congratulate the newly sworn in PDP governors from the South/South; Sir Siminialayi Fubara of Rivers State, Pastor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State and Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta state. They have shown in their respective endeavours sterling leadership qualities and commitment to service hence their election.

“I am convinced that they will perform. I urge them to embark on people-oriented programs that will fast-track development and growth in the region to make their states models for others.

“This is your moment to make positive impact on the lives of our people. Initiate viable development template to accomplish your goals.”

Orbih added that it is important that the newly sworn in governors should be mindful of the yearnings and aspirations of the people.
