Toto/Gadabuke Stakeholders vows to deliver Usman Labaran, All APC Candidates as his ambition get boost.

Preparatory to next week general elections begining from 25th February with Presidency and National Assembly, the stakeholders of All Progressives Congress, APC, comprising elders, women and youths from Toto/Gadabuke state constituency, on Thursday hold a strategy meeting which centered on how to deliver a bloc vote for all it’s candidates from top to bottom in the slated polls.

In a lead of comment by Chairman Campaign Council for Usman Labaran Shafa reelection bid, Hon. Madaki Adah Goje, said the meeting became imperative in view of the upcoming elections and that there is need to work hard in synergy towards sustaining victory at the polls.

Adah Goje, a former lawmaker who represented the area noted that the incumbent lawmaker has made it so easy for APC victory following his land mark developmental stride and quality representation as glaringly seen which is evident of physical development in the area.

He commended the campaign council for their efforts, urging them to close rank as to achieve set goal before, during and after the polls.

On his part, Toto Local Government chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chairman, Alhaji Shuaibu Ahmed (Katuka) expressed optimism that Hon Usman Labaran Shafa will win his reelection bid, owing to his sincerity of purpose, contribution to his constituency and loyalty to the present administration under the Engineer Abdullahi Sule, Executive Governor of Nasarawa State.

According to the APC Chairman, he appealed to APC to redouble their efforts in order to win in a landslide victory that will discourage the opponents from going to court to challenge their success at the polls.

“APC as a party house people of impeccable characters who are committed to the cause of development. It’s a party that has wiped our tears and brought series of developments to our doorsteps”.

“I’m impressed with the development of APC from top to bottom, massive infrastructure executed by the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Engineer Abdullahi, Executive Chairman Toto LGC and two lawmakers representing them is enough to win the elections.

Contributing, Director General Camapign for Usman Labaran Shafa and Supervisory councilor for works and housing Toto LGC, Hon Danlami Usman (Garkuwa) said the campaign council under their leadership is fully set and only waiting for the official commencement to move into action to do the needful.

Garkuwa said the people of Toto LGA are more united under the present administration and will do everything within the law to ensure APC win all her elections in an effort to consolidate on already achieve gains.

The councilor representing Toto ward at the legislative council, Hon. Abdul-azeez Ahmed said he and his colleagues are ever ready and eagerly waiting to switch to action to deliver their units and wards respectively.

According to him, APC is in charge and remains the platform to beat at the polls.

“We are doing our best to deliver bloc vote to APC from top to bottom. I want to assured us here that we will come out victorious at the end of elections.”

Speaking at the meeting, the Talban Toto, Alhaji (Chief) Jibrin Ndagi Adamu commended the people of Toto/Gadabuke for keep faith with the ruling party and assured of more dividends of democracy.

He calls on people of Toto LG to Massively vote APC in order to sustain already achieved development among others.

The council also passed vote of confidence on Hon Usman Labaran Shafa, describing his leadership as the best thing that has had ever happened to Toto/Gadabuke state constituency.

Our correspondent who was on the ground reports that the lawmaker was not present during the stakeholders meeting as he was engaged with other state matter that has direct bearing to his constituency. The stakeholders meeting held at the Toto House (Chairman’s official residence Toto LGC secretariat).

Dignitaries who grace the most attended meeting include, elected/supervisory councilors, SAs, SSAs, Director Finance in the campaign council, youth, women and elders from six electoral wards, secretary of the campaign council and host of party’s officials.
