Upgrade of Royal Stools: Ohinoyi of Ozi, Akpaku, others lauds Gov Bello, visits Barr Tanko in Lokoja

Following the recent upgrade and grading of some royal stools by the Kogi State Government, some beneficiary communities led by their monarchs were in Lokoja to appreciate Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for his thoughtfulness and considering them worthy for the elevation.
Global Times Nigeria reports that Ohinoyi of Ozi and Akpaku communities alongside their subjects came to show appreciation to Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello through the Chairman Kogi State Civil Service Commission over the recent Upgrade of their stools.
The royal fathers said the visit became imperative, noting that Governor Yahaya Bello has written his name in Gold in view of his inclusive leadership prowess as shown over the years.
The delegation comprising Ohinoyi of Ozi, Akpaku and their subjects were at Lokoja residence of the Executive Chairman Kogi State Civil Service Commission, Barrister Muhammad Tanko Musa Osuku to appreciate Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for upgrading the royal stools of their chiefdom.
They assured Governor Bello of their continued support and loyalty.
Responding, Barr. Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku commended the delegation especially the traditional rulers for coming down to appreciate Governor Yahaya Bello for elevating their various chiefdoms. He said present administration has prioritize traditional institution and had provided them with a platform to operate independently not minding their tribe, religion and political affiliation.
Barr. Tanko, a former Chairman of Kogi LG and erstwhile Senior Special Assistant to Gov Yahaya Bello said the state government equally appreciated their roles in maintaining peace in their various domains, hence to empower them to be able to have strength to do more.
Barr. Tanko urged the royal fathers to continue to use their positions on maintaining peace in their domains.
According to him, Kogi State All Progressives Congress, APC, has performed credibly even beyond expectations, calling on them to support the government to succeed in it’s policies and programmes aim at providing succour for teeming citizens.
“We’re approaching a governorship election, and of course, we all knew the pretending political parties and those jokers parading as candidates, we must not fall for their deceit because they have noting to offer than usual lies.”.
