….Nasarawa Speaker launches G-50 Toto LG Youths Awareness Group for Gov. Sule, Balarabe continuity.
Few days after his arrival from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for spiritual obligation, Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has advised Toto local government youths to initiate a massive awareness on Gov. Abdullahi Sule’s government policies and programmes at the grassroots level.
The Speaker made the call while launching a group known as G-50 Umaisha at his residence in Lafia today Saturday.
Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi described the initiative by Permanent Secretary Cabinet Affairs and Security office of the Secretary to the State Government Umar Idris Onairo which was aimed at creating massive awareness on the policies and programmes of the State Government as an idea whose time has come and commended the initiator for his foresight.
The State Number Three Citizen said that Gov. Abdullahi Sule has done a lot and still doing his best in developing the State and need the support of all.
“I want to call on you to create more awareness on His Excellency, Eng. A A Sule policies and programmes at the grassroots.
“His Excellency has done well in almost all sectors of the economy such as education, health, agriculture, infrastructure, security among others”
” Let’s continue to support Gov. Sule and APC to succeed beyond 2023,” he said”
“I urge you to carry out massive campaigns on the developmental efforts of the Governor, he has done a lot but people have limited knowledge of his efforts”
“No development can be achieved in a state of insecurity and Governor Sule has done wonderfully well on Security because before now in Toto LG traveling to Umaisha and other axis was very terrible but now it is a thing of the past, so we can now conformable talk of development “the Speaker added.
He has commended Gov
Sule over his developmental strides in Toto Local Government Area and across the State.
The Speaker emphasized that Toto Local Government Area remains the home of APC and called on his people to remain united and supportive of the government of the day.
Earlier, the initiator of G-50 Umaisha and Permanent Secretary Cabinet Affairs and Security Office of the Secretary to Nasarawa State Government, Umar Idris Onairo, who led members of the group to the Speaker’s residence stressed that it was to receive the blessings of the Speaker towards actualizing its objectives.
Onairo has assured of their readiness to mobilise support for Gov. Sule, Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi and APC to succeed beyond 2023.
The Permanent Secretary has also assured the Speaker of their loyalty and support at all times.
According to him, the group is to be led by Usman Umaisha, a former councilor which will create more public awareness on how accountability and transparency is been promoted in the government of Engineer Abdullahi Sule as well as its developmental strides.
It would be reported that the brief event had in attendance Member Representing Toto /Gadabuke at the State Assembly Hon. Usman Labaran Shafa and Former Lawmaker who is the State Coordinator Bola Tinubu Campaign Organization Hon. Yusuf Omakie.
