Edo residents have lamented All Progressive Congress, APC, misrule at the Federal Government level and vowed to reject its Edo State gubernatorial candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, at the poll to forestall the importation of APC misrule and clueless leadership to Edo State.

The residents who made their critical opinions known to journalists in Benin City, the state capital, emphasized that Edo people are “absolutely okay” with the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, government led by Governor Godwin Obaseki and urged Edo State citizens to vote massively for the Party’s candidate, Dr Asue Ighadolo, for more dividends of democracy.

A resident, Dr Samson Ikpomwonsa, said, “We are calling on Edo people to listen to the voice of reasoning now. Are you not tired of APC misrule? Do you want to support the importation of APC misrule and clueless leadership to Edo State? God forbid!”

Also, Mr Johnson Okoro opined that “This is the best time to know heartless politicians in Edo State. True. It is only a heartless politician that will tell people to vote for APC and its candidate who moves from one place to the other to create laughable content for nothing. The facts are there!”

Continuing he said, “Free transportation APC Government at the Federal level could not do to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal, the PDP government led by Governor Godwin Obaseki has done it. To sustain the free bus ride in Edo State, we must vote for PDP Candidate Barr Asue Ighadolo.”

For Mrs Esther Abure, “It’s only the gullible ones APC people can deceive to vote for APC candidate Monday Okpebholo at this critical time. As for me my household, we will vote for PDP Candidate Asue Ighadolo to retain the #70,000 minimum wage for Edo workers, uninterrupted pension payment, continuous youth employability skills, and infrastructural development, among others. Asue Ighadolo, E Go Do Am!”
