Delta Gov Aide Osiebe Akpos Congratulates Bureau Chief on 4th Degree from UNILAG

The Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor, Hon Osiebe Akpos, has expressed his congratulations to Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Director General of Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, upon the completion of his Master of Science Degree in Mass Communication, which is notably his fourth degree obtained from the University of Lagos
In a statement made available to Global Times Nigeria on Wednesday, Hon Akpos noted that Chief Latimore Oghenesivperceptive dedication to education has placed him in an excellent position to carry out his responsibilities efficiently.
Global Times Nigeria reports that the Postgraduate convocation ceremony held at the University campus, Akoka, Lagos on 16th January, was attended by a large number of distinguished Nigerians, scholars and business leaders from various backgrounds.
The young Governor aide referred to Chief Latimore Oghenesivbe as his mentor and benefactor, with whom he is always delighted.
While extending best wishes to Oghenesivbe, he pledged his ongoing support, praying for divine success and collaborating with the Delta State government to deliver its fundamental dividends of democracy.
Reacting to his academic achievement, Chief Oghenesivbe has in a statement dedicated his MSc Degree to God, while recognizing the valuable support of the Delta State Government and Governor Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori in attaining this milestone.
