Ahmed also pointed out that the Maikaya Development Foundation’s objectives align with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, especially in the areas of socioeconomic growth promotion and student empowerment.

He stressed that supporting young Nigerian students is a form of volunteerism and giving back to society. He highlighted the crucial role of education and entrepreneurship in driving sustainable development.

At the meeting, Comrade Musa Jamilu, President of the Faculty of Education, stated that the Maikaya scholarship initiative is founded on economic empowerment principles, free from religious, political, or ethnic biases.
