Edegye Chiefdom: Aibro Congratulates New Osu Ajiri, Seeks Unity Among Contenders

An All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives aspirant, Abdullahi Ibrahim Al-Asi, for Nasarawa/Toto Federal Constituency, has congratulated Prince Suleiman Ahmed Eko on his emergence as the 4th Osu Ajiri of Edegye Chiefdom

In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of himself, his family, and supporters, Aibro described the monarch’s ascension as a reflection of divine will, noting that despite the contest involving several qualified contenders, the outcome ultimately aligns with the will of Almighty Allah.

He prayed for the new traditional ruler to be endowed with wisdom, strength, and foresight to effectively lead the chiefdom and guide its people towards peace and prosperity.

“Your emergence is not just a personal victory, but a moment that calls for reflection and purposeful leadership, especially as the chiefdom stands at a critical juncture in its history,” he stated.

Aibro further urged the monarch to adopt an inclusive leadership approach by drawing from the experience and capacity of other aspirants who contested for the throne.

According to him, such inclusiveness would strengthen unity and promote sustainable development within the chiefdom.

He also pledged his support and readiness to contribute to initiatives aimed at advancing peace, progress, and prosperity in Edegye Chiefdom.

The APC aspirant concluded by reiterating his congratulations to the new Osu Ajiri and wishing him a successful reign.
