The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has reiterated its commitment to national unity and its resolve to “rescue Nigeria” from what it described as worsening socio-economic challenges under the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a press statement issued by Abdulkadir Adebayo Ozijimoh on behalf of the Dr Emmanuel Enesi Ozigi Media Team, the party described itself as “one united family,” undeterred by what it termed political provocations and alleged witch-hunts.

The statement specifically referenced individuals, including Bala Nafiu and Hon. Leke Abejide, accusing them of actions aimed at distracting the party, but maintained that the ADC remains law-abiding and focused on its objectives.

“As a party rooted in due process, we urge all members to remain calm, prayerful, and steadfast as we await the Supreme Court verdict,” the statement read.

The party expressed confidence in both the judiciary and divine intervention, adding that it remains optimistic of a favourable outcome.

Reaffirming its readiness to provide alternative leadership, the ADC stressed that Nigeria deserves better governance and assured supporters of its commitment to national progress.
