Kogi West 2027: Tajudeen Bisimillahi Declares Senatorial Ambition

Alhaji Tajudeen Bisimillahi has formally declared his intention to contest for the Kogi West Senatorial seat, under the podium of All Progressives Congress, APC, pledging to provide purposeful leadership and quality representation for the district.
Speaking during his declaration, Bisimillahi expressed gratitude to the people of Kogi West and noted that his decision was driven by a strong desire to serve and address the challenges confronting the district.
He said the aspiration was not borne out of personal ambition alone, but out of genuine concern for the welfare of the people and the need to deliver better representation and development.
The aspirant lamented what he described as the long-standing yearning of the people for impactful leadership, stressing that communities in the district deserve improved infrastructure, quality education, better healthcare services, youth empowerment, and economic growth.
“These are not privileges but fundamental rights of our people,” he stated.
Bisimillahi assured constituents that his leadership would be anchored on integrity, fairness, transparency, and accountability, emphasizing that leadership is a sacred trust that must be upheld with the fear of God.
He outlined his vision to transform Kogi West into a region where youths are gainfully employed, farmers are supported, businesses thrive, and communities are secure and united.
The senatorial hopeful also promised inclusive governance, noting that he would remain accessible to the people, listen to their concerns, and translate their aspirations into actionable policies.
Calling for unity, Bisimillahi urged stakeholders across political, ethnic, and religious divides to support his ambition in the collective interest of the district.
He further appealed for prayers and cooperation, expressing optimism that, with collective effort, Kogi West can achieve sustainable development and a brighter future.

FOR THE SENATORIAL SEAT OF KOGI WEST
In the name of Almighty God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
My dear brothers and sisters of Kogi West, distinguished elders, respected traditional rulers, vibrant youths, hardworking women, and all stakeholders of our great district—peace be upon you all.
Today, I stand before you with a heart full of gratitude, humility, and a deep sense of responsibility. I am here to formally declare my intention to contest for the senatorial seat of Kogi West.
This decision is not driven by personal ambition alone, but by a sincere love for our people and a strong determination to serve. It is born out of my concern for the challenges we face daily and my unwavering belief that Kogi West deserves better—better representation, better opportunities, and a better future.
For too long, our people have yearned for meaningful development, quality representation, and leadership that listens, understands, and acts in the interest of all. Our communities deserve access to good roads, quality education, improved healthcare, youth empowerment, and economic growth. These are not privileges—they are rights.
I come to you today with a promise anchored in integrity, fairness, and the fear of God. I firmly believe that leadership is a sacred trust, and I am committed to upholding that trust with transparency, accountability, and dedication to service.
My vision is clear: to move Kogi West to the promised land—a place where our youths are gainfully employed, our farmers are supported, our traders thrive, and our communities are secure and united. A place where every voice matters and every citizen feels the impact of good governance.
I will work tirelessly to ensure that the interests of Kogi West are strongly represented. I will engage with you, listen to your concerns, and turn your aspirations into actionable policies. Together, we will build a future that reflects our shared hopes and values.
I cannot do this alone. This journey requires your support, your prayers, and your belief in a better tomorrow. Let us come together—across tribes, religions, and political affiliations—to chart a new course for Kogi West.
