The Coalition of Youth Support Group for Wadada 2027 has intensified strategic mobilisation efforts ahead of the Nasarawa North Senatorial bye-election, declaring total support for the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Barrister Umar Halillu Envulanza (DHE).

In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Coalition, Comrade Jaafar M. Loko, the group disclosed that a high-powered delegation was dispatched on Wednesday, June 17, 2027, to engage critical youth leaders and key stakeholders across the three Local Government Areas of Akwanga, Wamba, and Nasarawa Eggon.

According to the Coalition, the meetings were strategically organised to strengthen unity, deepen youth participation, and drive grassroots mobilisation ahead of the bye-election scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2027.

The statement emphasized the crucial role of young people in determining the outcome of the election, noting that mobilisation efforts are being intensified across the three LGAs, 35 electoral wards, and 583 polling units.

With an estimated 300,000 voters expected to participate in the exercise, the Coalition described the youth demographic as a formidable political force capable of shaping the electoral outcome.

Discussions during the engagements also centered on strategies to ensure peaceful conduct throughout the election while securing a decisive victory for the APC candidate.

The Coalition maintained that the Nasarawa North senatorial bye-election would serve as a major political test ahead of the 2027 general elections in Nasarawa State, stressing that the outcome would offer significant insight into the state’s evolving political landscape.

As part of efforts to ensure effective coordination, the Coalition announced the establishment of a dedicated monitoring and mobilisation team tasked with overseeing seamless electoral activities and guaranteeing a successful outing for Barrister Envulanza.

Reaffirming its commitment to the APC and the broader political aspirations of the Wadada 2027 movement, the group declared that collective success remains paramount.

Operating under the principle, “An injury to one is an injury to all,” the Coalition pledged unwavering support toward ensuring APC’s victory.

The group also called on all youths and stakeholders in Nasarawa North to participate actively in the democratic process, uphold peace, and contribute to a free, fair, and credible election.

“Our commitment to a progressive Nasarawa State remains unwavering,” the statement added.

The coalition urged young people to unite and have faith in present administration, declaring, “In God we trust.”
