Ex-Egbira Youth President Kasim Ohizi Bags Chieftaincy Title (Oseze Oweyo Zoko of Ohizi) in Toto LG

Former President-General of the Egbira Youth Movement (EYM), Abdullahi Kasim Ohizi, has been conferred with the prestigious traditional title of Oseze Oweyo Zoko of Ohizi Ogabo Chiedom, in Toto Local Government Area, Nasarawa State.
Ohizi, a grassroots politician, businessman, and philanthropist, was honoured by the Ohizi community in recognition of his humanitarian contributions and unwavering support for the development of the community and Toto Local Government Area at large.

Speaking after receiving the title, the former EYM President-General expressed profound gratitude to the people of Ohizi community, especially the Chief of Ohizi Ogabo, Gambo Alhaji Muhammad Angulu Inaruka, for finding him worthy of the honour.
He pledged to leverage his influence, network, and connections to attract more developmental projects to the area.

During his tenure as President of the Egbira Youth Movement (EYM), Kasim Ohizi, alongside his executive team, empowered young Egbira farmers and provided educational support to Egbira students.
He also ensured that the rights and interests of Egbira people, both at home and in the diaspora, were protected and adequately represented.

Ohizi also called on sons and daughters of the community to unite and work closely with their traditional ruler in order to promote peace, progress, and sustainable development in the area.
