There is excitement within the APC Youth Network West Africa following the listing of its Director-General, Hon. Olatunde Gideon Igbasan, popularly known as Tula Mania, as Member No. 54 in the proposed Directorate of Youth Mobilisation of the PBAT/APC 2027 Presidential Campaign Council.
The organisation described the development as an encouraging milestone for its leadership and members, particularly those committed to grassroots mobilisation, youth participation and humanitarian service.
In a congratulatory message, the APC Youth Network West Africa leadership said Igbasan’s inclusion in the circulated list represents an opportunity to further recognise the importance of youth engagement and community-focused political participation.
The group highlighted his involvement in humanitarian and empowerment initiatives, including weekly food outreach programmes, assistance to vulnerable communities, youth empowerment activities and grassroots engagements across Nigeria and West Africa.
According to the organisation, Igbasan’s leadership philosophy emphasises that political involvement should extend beyond personal ambition to deliver meaningful contributions to society.
It also acknowledged the efforts of party loyalists, grassroots mobilisers and volunteers whose commitment continues to support the growth of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The organisation stressed that the development should be viewed not only as a personal milestone for its Director-General but also as an opportunity to promote unity, collective responsibility and wider participation in the party’s political activities.
While congratulating Igbasan, the group expressed optimism about the proposed appointment and said it looks forward to official confirmation of the campaign council’s membership.
“Congratulations to our Director-General, Hon. Olatunde Gideon Igbasan (Tula Mania),” the organisation declared.
The proposed listing comes amid preparations and political alignments ahead of Nigeria’s 2027 general elections.
