On behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Management staff and students of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, I heartily felicitate with the Honourable Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mathew Kolawole, as he clocks 58 years of age today.
The Right Honourable Speaker has, over the years, demonstrated uncommon spirit of team play, exemplary diligence, humility, humane disposition and selflessness, and these are clearly reflected in the ease with which he has coordinated the affairs of the Assembly.
These rare qualities have been the foundation of the unity and purpose-driven legislative and oversight leadership in Kogi state House of Assembly.
Our Rt.Hon. Speaker, Sir, your outstanding qualities have made the 7th Kogi State House of Assembly under your watch surpass both the legislative and oversight records of the preceding Assemblies in the State.
We are, therefore, proud and happy to identify with you on this milestone, even as we pray that the years ahead be filled with God’s abundant blessings, sound health and excellent spirit to render more service to humanity.
