KOBA lauds Gov. Sule for elevation of two of its members traditional status.

Keffi Old Boys Association, KOBA has commended Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State over the elevation of two of its members who are traditional rulers in the State to First Class and Third Class status respectively.

They are Sarkin Gurku, Alhaji Waziri Jibrin from Second Class to First Class status and Mr. Martins Kure Abeshi, the Sangarin Amba from Fourth Class to Third Class status.

This was contained in a statement signed by KOBA Secretary General, Mr Sam Israel and made available to newsmen in Lafia.

According to him, KOBA is highly appreciative of the kind gesture by the Governor and extends its profound gratitude and appreciation to him.

The statement noted with satisfaction the accomplishments of the Two Traditional Rulers and pray that God will give them the wisdom, long life and strength to carry out their duties faithfully.

According to the statement, the upgrading of the Two of its members to higher traditional seats would give them more recognitions and their people a complete sense of belonging .

” We want to commend his Excellency, Gov. Abdullahi Sule for the upgrade of Sarkin Gurku, Alhaji Waziri Jibrin to first class status and Mr. Martins Kure Abeshi, Sangarin Amba to Third Class status.

” We are grateful to His Excellency for finding our members worthy for the honour.

” We want to congratulate the Royal Highnesses on their elevations and pray God to bless them abundantly,”

The statement added that the association will continue to pray and support them at all times to succeed.
