Kogi NYCN Chairman commends Igalamela Odolu LG Chairman for prioritizing people’s welfare
….Urges Youth, women to support APC’s Cosmo Atabo administration

The people of Igalamela Odolu Local Government have been urged to continue supporting the All Progressives Congress, APC, and its Chairman, Hon. (Barr) Cosmos Atabo, to reap more benefits of democracy.
The Executive Chairman of Igalamela Odolu Local Government Council, Honourable Barrister Cosmos Atabo, met with the state leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, led by Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale, at his office in Ajaka, the council headquarters, on Tuesday
Barr Cosmos Atabo commented that Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale’s emergence has fostered remarkable growth and development in Kogi State’s youth community, recommending local chapters to emulate his leadership approach, which prioritizes inclusivity.
The council boss, a former member representing Igalamela Odolu state constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly and Chairman of the House Committee on Judiciary, described Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale as his brother and a personal associate he holds in high esteem.
According to him, Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale is someone he has immense faith in, describing him as a top performer and goal-oriented individual with no tolerance for violence and a naturally peaceful disposition.
In his opinion, “Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale possesses strategic acumen, ensuring an election victory and decisive triumph over his opponents.”
While hosting the Kogi State NYCN team, Barr Atabo pledged to maintain an inclusive administration, assuring equal distribution of benefits to rightful beneficiaries.
He appreciated the youth leadership’s consistent support for the past and present administrations of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo-led All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kogi State.
In his brief remarks, Kogi State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale stated that the state is blessed with intellectually capable leaders, citing Hon. Barr. Cosmos Atabo, Executive Chairman of Igalamela Odolu LG, as one such example.
Jeremiah Ojodale likened Barr Cosmos Atabo’s leadership to that of Kogi State’s past and present Governors, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello and Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, citing their shared commitment to selfless service to the people and humanity.
He praised Barr Atabo as a great man destined to succeed, urging the youth and people of Igalamela Odolu to support his administration to achieve greater success.
The Kogi NYCN Chairman commended Cosmos Atabo for integrating youth in his leadership, confirming continued collaboration between State and Local Government youth councils and his administration to foster job opportunities.
He commended Igalamela Odolu Chairman for being an exemplary leader and gentleman, whose achievements have made significant impacts both within and beyond the council.
Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale congratulated Barr. Cosmos Atabo on his victory at the polls and all the elected council officials, wishing them success as they prepare to provide governance to their people.
The meeting featured included Comrade Achor Michael Joshua, former State PRO of Kogi NYCN, Comrade Aminu Faruna, Coordinator of Igalamela Odolu NYCN, and Comrade Ogacheko Ibrahim, Zonal Chairman for Kogi East NYCN, who commended the council boss and State Chairman NYCN for promoting youth inclusivity in their programs and wished them success.
In attendance at the meeting were the council Secretary, Chief of Staff to the Chairman, appointed Council members, and the full leadership of NYCN of Nigeria for Igalamela Odolu LG, there to greet the State Chairman and his delegation.
The Chairman of Kogi State NYCN was accompanied by the Adavi LG Coordinator, the Forum Chairman of the 21 LGAs Coordinators, Boss Ismail Mustapha, media representatives, and other notable attendees.
