Rep Paul Gowon Haruna IJN meets Vietnam Ambassador to discuss economic development
Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna IJN, the Member representing Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency from Kogi State and Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Parliamentary Friendship Group, hosted the Vietnamese Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency Bui Quoc Hung, in an interactive session during a committee meeting in his office.
This occasion emphasizes Hon. Haruna’s crucial role in strengthening international relations and diplomatic ties between Nigeria and Vietnam.
The deliberations concentrated on key sectors of potential collaboration between Nigeria and Vietnam, notably in Agriculture, Education, and Trade & Investment. Both parties explored avenues to reinforce bilateral ties, intensify economic cooperation, and foster mutual growth for the benefit of both nations and their citizens.
The meeting was attended by distinguished Honourable Members, including: Hon. Ajiya Abdulrahman, Hon. Aguye Suleiman Danladi, Hon. Ozigi Muhammed Tijani and Hon. Idris Salman.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by Rotr. Khalid Bala ( Khalid Kay ) Media Aide to Hon Paul Gowon Haruna IJN and Member Representing Bassa/ Dekina Federal Constituency, indicated that the engagement was highly productive, with a mutual commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic ties between Nigeria and Vietnam.
