Kogi State Commissioner of Police Naziru Bello Kankarofi, has received a fresh batch of Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) posted to the Kogi State Command, urging them to uphold professionalism, discipline, and unwavering dedication to duty.

In a press release made available to newsmen by CSP William Ovye Aya, Police Public Relations Officer, Kogi State Police Command, the warm reception at the command headquarters allowed CP Kankarofi, psc, mni, to personally welcome the officers and outline expectations for their roles in advancing the Nigeria Police Force.

In his keynote address, the CP described the new ASPs as beacons of hope for police reformation. “Approach your duties with utmost seriousness, integrity, accountability, and commitment to service,” he charged, emphasizing the need to tackle public safety challenges, law enforcement, and community trust-building with excellence.
