Alleged Plot to Implicate Kogi Accountant General: Primate Ayodele Raises Alarm

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has alleged a plot by unnamed individuals to implicate the Kogi State Accountant General, Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko.
Speaking during a service at his church in Lagos, the cleric cautioned the state’s chief financial officer to remain vigilant against possible attacks or petitions that could tarnish her reputation.
According to him, there are moves aimed at blackmailing and falsely linking her to wrongdoing, urging her to exercise caution in the discharge of her duties.
“The Accountant General of Kogi State should watch against any attack or petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
They want to implicate and blackmail you. Be careful,” he warned.
Primate Ayodele did not disclose the identities of those allegedly behind the plot but stressed the need for heightened alertness.
