There are no gainsaying the facts that average citizens of Isiukwato and Umunneochi local government areas of Abia state are deeply grieved on the Obvious failure of successive occupants of the Isuikwuato/Umunneochi federal Constituency seat at the House of Representatives to address their core yearnings, and myriads of challenges impeding the socio-economic growths, and Infrastructural development of the federal constituency since Nigeria’s return to the present democratic government after several years of the military junta.

Undisputably, and to set the record straight, the forthcoming 2023 general election in Abia state and many other states in the Nigeria federation, will no longer be a teacup or business as usual, as the electorates have to wake up from their slumbers, and have also, at this moment, decided that gone those days when failed leaders or politicians would mortgage their destinies and futures, for personal selfish aggrandizement, as this point, they are poised to change the narratives in Isiukwato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency of Abia state.

And also this moment in our democratic settings, the electorates, particularly in Isiukwato/ Umunneochi extraction of Abia state, and indeed, the entire Abia citizenry, are now wiser and have taken their destinies into hands as regards to choice or election of leaders who would have their interests at heart. They fade up with promise-and-fail leaders, and once they are entrusted with people’s mandate, they shift their attention to stashing and amassing taxpayers’ monies, from delivery of good governance to the electorates.
And most of the taxpayer’s monies are funds appropriated and released for the execution of critical infrastructures to enhance people’s livelihoods and development in Abia state

Because, these immoral characters by act being displayed by ordinary populaces in Nigeria see politicians as unpatriotic, selfish, and unstable, and even lacked the basic democratic credentials and sincere characteristics to lead the people. The likes of current members representing the Isuikwuato/umunneochi federal constituency at the house of representatives, and the Majority Chief Whip, Hon Nkeiruka Onyejiocha, falls in this line.

It is an obvious fact that Rep Nkeiruka Onyejiocha had been occupying the exalted seat of Isiukwato/Umunneochi federal constituency seat at the lower chamber of the national assembly in the past 20 years with nothing on the ground to show as achievements or strides. An assessment reports released by a Non-Government Organization (NGO), Foundation for Transparency and Accountability in Governance (FTAGO), showed that the federal Constituency is lagging in Infrastructural development, but we have Onyejiocha representing the federal Constituency in the national assembly. I must say that Onyejiocha has failed in all indices of governance. Mostly, in the area of attractions of critical and gigantic projects that would positively impact the people of the Isuiakwato/Umunneochi federal constituency. The latest statistics and analysis, attributed the worsening underdevelopment of the federal constituency, to misrepresentation by the federal lawmaker, Onyejiocha, coupled with negligence and total exclusion of Isiukwato/umunneochi areas, in the execution of peoples-oriented Infrastructural amenities, are among the factors that necessitated the current insecurity being witnessed in daily basis the federal Constituency. She has failed to draw the attention of the federal government towards mapping out strong and stable security architecture to tackle myriads of security challenges, ranging from kidnapping, banditry and herdsmen/farmers clashes, etc, bedeviling the local areas.

The electorates in Isiukwato/Umunneochi federal constituency have decided that come 2023, it will be a “red card” for Nkeiruka Onyejiocha and others who have failed to give the federal constituency a human, economic and Infrastructural facelifts.

On this premise and after extensive analysis and assessment, the electorates in Isiukwato/umunneochi have, without fears, favor, and inducement, okayed the house of representatives bid of Chief Amobi Godwin Ogah come 2023. Undoubtedly, his genuine desire and bid to represent the people of Isiukwato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the national assembly come 2023 under the platform of the Labour Party (LP), have continued to elicit hope for total recovery and restoration of the lost glory of Isiukwato/Umunneochi areas.

It’s indisputable fact that Chief Amobi Ogah possessed the needed capacity, ability, requisite competence, and expertise to rewrite the narratives of governance in the Isiukwato/Umunneochi federal constituency, as indigent people and residents of the area had longed and yearned for effective and responsive representation at the national assembly. Again, Chief Amobi Ogah’s political aspirations and sojourn are predicated on service to God and humanity. Even before his entry into the murky water of Nigeria politics, Chief Amobi Godwin Ogah has demonstrated his Leadership acumen and charisma in the world of private sector-driven business investment, and many other capacities, he created jobs in his several business conglomerates for our unemployed youths, men, and women to be self-dependent and self-reliant to cater for their families and livelihoods.

Undoubtedly, facts are there for the world to see that, Chief Amobi Godwin Ogah, possessed the requisite capacity, ability, needed competence, expertise, and contacts, to rewrite the narrative in the representation of the Isiukwato/Umunneochi federal Constituency, especially raising the bar in Infrastructural development of Isiukwato/umunneochi federal constituency when elected as a member of the house of representatives come 2023. All citizens of Isuiakwato/Umunneochi extraction of Abia state must rise to the occasion if truly they yearn for effective and responsive representation of the Isiakwato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, and make use of their Permanent Voters Cards (PVC) to effect the needed change they yearned for. The federal constituency will no longer continue to lag in Infrastructural development. We must not continue to allow one person to mortgage our future, and also the future of our unborn children. The power lies on us, (the electorate). As we desire impactful and productive leadership or representation, I must say “Amobi Godwin Ogah is the answer and solution. Gone are those days we vote on a political party basis, because, it’s now clear to the Nigerian people that dominant political parties in the country have failed, and disappointed the citizenry. For the people of Isuiakwato/Umunneochi federal Constituency, do not vote party, vote for an individual with a human face, and needed capacity, hence, you look for the party with human beings as the logo;
