“I Dedicate My Victory To God And People Of Kuje – Says Re-Elected Council Chairman.”

The Chairman Kuje Area Council, Abdullahi Suleiman Sabo, said he dedicated his victory to God almighty and the good people of the council.
Sabo, who was re-elected for the second term on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the last Saturday area councils election, spoke with newsmen shortly after he received his certificate of return from the INEC residents electoral commissioner in charge of the FCT, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, at a ceremony in Abuja, on Friday.
Presenting the Certificate of return to the Chairman, the Residents Electoral Commissioner Alhaji Yahaya Idris presented the certificate to Hon Abdullahi Suleiman Sabo Chairman-elect and his Vice-Chairman Hon Shame Kwasu and the Ten elected Ward Councilors also received their Certificate of Return at the same event.
The chairman, however, promised not to disappoint the people of the Kuje Area council who gave him the support and mandate in the February 12, 2022 council election.

He said efforts and sacrifices made by the good people of the area council will not be in vain, saying he will continue to justify the confidence reposed in him by the majority of people of the council.
“Besides the election happened uniquely and we are dedicating this victory to God and the people of Kuje area council who believe in us and gave us another mandate for the second term in office,” he said.
He added “We will never take them for granted as the resilience, commitments and actions of the various groups and institutions that worked so hard to see us to this day,” he assured.
Our correspondent report that the INEC commissioner also presented certificates of return to the vice-chairman of the council, Hon Shame Kwasu alongside the ten elected ward councillors at the event.
