One of the Chairmanship contender for Lokoja Local Government Council and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Kogi State on Water Resources, Hon. Alhaji Bin-Ebaiya Shehu Tijjani (BEST) has congratulated incumbent Governor Yahaya Bello and deputy Governor Edward Onoja over their victory recorded at the just concluded Appeal Court proceeding held in Abuja, on 4th of July 2020.
Alhaji Ebaiya in a statement released through his campaign Organization in Lokoja, the State capital, Described Gov Yahaya Bello’s victory as “A true confirmation, reflection of the overwhelm votes garner at the November 16th 2019 Governorship election in the State.”
He said ” Appellate Court victory is a clear indication that the November 16th Governorship election that produced Gov. Yahaya Bello and His Deputy Chief David Edward Onoja as the duly elected Governor and Deputy Governor Respectively has affirmed their mandate freely given by the populace of the State.
He called on the opposition parties and kogites to join hands with Governor Yahaya Bello and the APC led administration to consolidates on the already achieve gains as well deliver the Dividends of Democracy to the people.
