The Administrator, hopeful people choice and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Barr. Muhammad Tanko Musa Osuku, has received massive endorsement towards actualising his council political aspiration.
Tanko, a former Chairman Nigeria Bar Association, Kogi State Chapters, 2015 GYB coordinator for Kogi LG and incumbent Administrator of the council has received coalition of Grassroot supporters across Kogi Local Government Area of the State.
In his welcome address, the leader of the Team Barr. Tanko, Alhaji Kaka Umar Kaka Ada from Irenedu ward while introducing his members to the council boss, assured him of the their loyalty and support for his ambition, which he described as “timely and the only sure way of sustaining and maintaining zoning system in Kogi LG.”
Alhaji Kaka, a political strategist, called on Kogi LG citizens across party divide to embrace the Barr. Tanko movement as the only means of developing and empowering the area.
Responding, Barr. Tanko, the council Administrator welcoming the supporters, expressed joy at the love and support shown him by the highly respected people from various ward in the council.
According to him “I am humbled by this rare show of love and genuine support for me. With what I am seeing here today, I can boldly say that we are ready to consolidate in the change that will transform the council to an enviable heights. This endorsement means I have been accepted by all to continued with what we have started.”
The event had the presence of major representatives of other ward which include, youths and elders.
