The Youths of Bassa Local Government Area in their numbers on Monday call for continue support of Honourable Samuel Alumka Zakari led council Administration and support his aspiration to contest in the forthcoming LG election in the State.
The youths whose membership cuts across entire electoral ward said in Alumka selfless service the council benefitted so much in areas of infrastructure, security, peace, and religion harmony and therefore call for more support to enable the digital Administrator consolidate on already achieved gains.
According to them, Alumka’s purposeful leadership prowess which is devoid of ethnic and religious sentiment in the local government has endeared him to his people.
The youthful group stated this while holding a meeting with the administrator, said the Alumka led visionary leadership style has led to series of empowerment by placing them in strategic positions that has made the council a reference point for others to emulate.
They continued “We are ready to reciprocate his kind gestures by supporting his Chairmanship aspiration in order to afford him the opportunity to consolidate on his good works.”
The youths further expressed their Unalloyed gratitude to His Excellency, Governor of kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, his deputy chief Edward David Onoja and Kogi East APC zonal chairman, Hon. Ahmed Attah for their selfless leadership prowess and justification of confidence reposed on the administrator to served the good people of Bassa Local Government Area.
In his remarks, the Administrator of Bassa Local Government Area, Hon Samuel Zakari Alumka thanked the youths for their open shows of love, support and loyalty to his council administration’s to continue to provide a purposeful leadership to the people as one of the cardinal principle in the Administration of Governor Yahaya Bello.
He said the youths should not be deceived by those who are more interested in promoting ethnic Jingoistic rather than supporting a leader who has the interest of all and working assiduously towards delivery physical dividends to the people.
“I want to reassured you that your decisions to back my aspiration is noble. I will continue to carry you along for the good of the local government,” Alumka Stated.
