Beauty Queen, Aliyu Spashes Items, Cash To Patients, Less Privileged To Mark 28th Birthday.

A former Queen of Aso Ambassador, Ms Beauty Aliyu, has on Monday, January 20, visited Lafia, capital of Nasarawa State, to donate to patients in hospitals and the less privileged in the society.

At the Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital (DASH), Lafia, Queen Aliyu distributed food items, soaps and detergents to patients, while those at the hospital’s Emergency Paediatric Unit were given cash as part of activities to mark her 28th birthday.

Speaking during the delivery of the items at DASH, Aliyu who prayed for speedy and perfect recovery said “I personally find joy deep inside me helping the humanity, and I prayed God to continually give me the strength to affect the lives of the needy positively.

“Last year, I celebrated my birthday with widows and I was overwhelmed sharing my joy with them.”

The celebrator called on Nigerians to impact the lives of the poor and the less privileged in the society.

A nurse, Mrs Awayi Sylvanus thanked her for the visit and generosity extended to the patients, prayed for more open doors for her and the family.

Speaking on behalf of the recipients, Pa Adamu, thanked her for remembering them at this critical time and prayed for more blessings, long life and prosperity.

The gesture was also extended to the physically challenged persons and Almajiri among others at strategic locations in the state capital.

Aliyu who hails from Akwanga Local Government Area of the state holds a degree (B.A) in Linguistic.

She has played ambassadorial role for the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) was also a one time Miss Unity Nasarawa and Gimbiyar Dakin Nagartar Najeriya among others.
