A former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, is dead after battling with coronavirus for few days.
Globaltimesnigeria.com reports that the former Governor was confirmed dead on Thursday after the rumour peddling about his death went viral last week.
Until his death, he was a National Vice Chairman of the APC representing western region and one time Senator respectively.
According to report Ajimobi was admitted at the First Cardiology Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos.
He will be remember by friends, family, well-wishers and political associates.
