Christmas: Commissioner Bashir Gegu praises Sen. Karimi for distributing 50k (600) bags of rice in Kogi LG

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC and Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources in Kogi State, Hon. Chief (Engineer) Muhammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu has sent message of appreciation to the Senator representing Kogi West distric, Sunday Karimi for his magnanimity and commitment to the welfare of his people.
Engineer Gegu said since emergence of Senator Karimi he has shown capacity in his office by proving his detractors wrong in ramifications.
The political leader of Koton-karfe/Kogi local government area gave the commendation in a telephone interview with Global Time Nigeria correspondent on Thursday evening.
Mr. Gegu said Kogi LG has received one truck of 50k 600 bags of rice sent by the Senator representing Kogi West district, Sunday Karimi for onward distribution to the citizens in the area.
Gegu who praised the Senator on behalf of the people of Kogi LG assured of continue support and equally urged the Senator to continue with his good work.
Global Times Nigeria report that Senator Sunday Karimi had donated 7 trucks of 50k 600 bags of rice to the 7 LGAs that made up of Kogi West District.
