Following the victory of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Gubernatorial candidate, Governor Godwin Obaseki has received Certificate of Return as winner of Edo 2020 governorship election held on Saturday.
Global Times Nigeria reports that Obaseki and his deputy, Philip Shaibu received their Certificates of Return at INEC Office, Benin on Tuesday.
INEC National Commissioner supervising Edo, Rivers and Bayelsa States, Mrs. May Agbamuche-Mbu presented the certificates to Edo state governor and his deputy.
Obaseki won his reelection on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)
