Ehtu Elaite Felicitates With Ajaokuta Executive Chairman, Hon. Akaba, Calls For Peace, Unity, Development.

The Ehtu of Elaite Community HRH Ahmed Akwu have congratulated the Executive Chairman of Ajaokuta LGA, Hon Mustapha Akaba, his Vice Chairperson and the councilors on their successful election and subsequent inauguration.

The royal father thanked Governor Yahaya Bello for building bridges of unity and development in Kogi state and promised to continue to partner with government at both Local and state level to ensure peace and development.

The Ehtu Olaite in a statement issue to newsmen expressed joy and confidence that Hon Mustapha Akaba will justified the confidence repose in him by attracting meaningful development.

According to the statement, the royal father pledged his total support and commitment of his community to ensure the administration of Hon Akaba succeed.

He therefore called on the people of Elaite community to continue to live in peace, shun criminal activities and report any suspicious persons to the nearest security post in the community.

In a related development, the Executive Chairman of Ajaokuta LGA, Hon Mustapha Akaba have expressed his satisfaction with the activities of the Vigilante group at Elaite.

The Chairman made the disclosure in an address to the people of the community at the Ehtu Elaite palace. He promised to provide them with a new patrol vehicle and also keep motivating them in order to keep the job going.

 

He emphasize the need for more intelligence gathering and promise to curtail all forms of criminality in the area.
