Eid-El-Fitr: Nasarawa Health Commissioner, Pharmacist Ahmed Baba Yahaya Sulutes Muslims, Calls For Sustainable Peace In The State

As Muslims set for this year 202,Eid-fitr celebration, Hon Pharm. Ahmed Baba Yahaya, has charged the muslims faithfuls to remain resolute with deep essence of Peace and Love as key factor to our interreligious, ethnicity, races, gender and colours, peaceful cohabitation and strives towards common societal development among brothers and sisters habitable for all.

The Commissioner in charge of the Ministry of Health, Pharmacist Ahmed Baba Yahaya, has congratulated Governor Abdullahi A. Sule, State appointees, people of Toto Local Government and muslims faithful all over the world on the auspicious of Eid-el-fitr.

The young and workaholic Commissioner in his Eid-fitr message to the people of Nasarawa State urge Muslims faithfuls to embrace peaceful coexistence and, maintain Covid-19 guidelines, he said.

“The euphoria Eid-fitr thought us the reflection of perseverance as practiced by Prophet Muhammed (SAW), at this period of security and socio-economic challenge of our society, I like to celebrate with the Muslims faithfuls for their steadfast, also enjoin all to imbibe the culture of Eid-fitr as panacea for Peace and Love desire for Progress.”

“Hon Ahmed equally charged all Ummah to take advantage of the Eid al-Fitr to seek Allah’s Bountiful blessings for Nigeria, Nasarawa state and Toto LG so that peace can return to our fatherland.”

He also urged Islamic clerics and leaders to eschew hate teachings and continually preach the message of peace, contentment and fear of Allah. Lack of contentment and fear of God are few of the reasons responsible for the elusive peaceful coexistence in Nigeria and our dear state.

“But we can still retrace our steps as individuals so as to make life better, meaningful abundant for all and sundry.”

Hon pharm has therefore advised Muslims to celebrate with moderation and imbibe the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) on love, peace and tolerance.

May the Almighty Almighty grant us the wherewithal to celebrate His Blessings and continue to abide with all households in the caring Toto LG, Nasarawa State, Nigeria and the World. The statement said.
