Former governorship aspirant in Nasarawa State under the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, and President Toto Development Association, TODA, His Excellency, Alhaji Dr. Musa Muhammed Maikaya, in his Sallah message to Nigerians, said there is need for Nigerians to put aside religion and tribal sentiment to elect competence, and experience leaders at all level that will work for rapid transformation of the country.
According to Maikaya, when true federalism is allowed to thrive and allowed people to choose their leaders there will be peace, stability, unity and development of all kind.
The Ciroma Toto in a statement made available to Global Times Nigeria on Saturday morning noted that only way to Nigeria’s survival as a nation is for all governments in the land, irrespective of their political, ethnic or religious affiliations to initiate programme and policies that would contribute to the uplifting the lives of the citizenry most especially the youths folks.
Alhaji Maikaya is an award winning Philanthropist and President Maikaya Development Foundation and Maikaya Farms Limited, congratulated Muslims around the globe on the occasion of Eid-el-kabir and urged muslims to imbibe the spirit peace and togetherness
He however, urged Nigerians to be more patient and support the government, saying:
“Whether there is money or not, whether the economy is good or bad, we should be patient with our government, support them, pray for the nation and pray for our leaders to always do the right thing.” he said.
