Engineer Bashir Gegu Condoles Barr. Tanko Musa, Over Death of Son.

The Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Mineral and natural resources, Engineer Mohammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu, has commiserated with the Executive Chairman, Kogi State Civil Service Commission, Barrister Muhammed Tanko Musa, over the death of his second son, Anas Musa.

In a condolence message to Barrister Tanko and the family issued on Sunday in Lokoja, Kogi State capital, Engineer Bashir Gegu described the deceased, who was until his death an undergraduate of Bayero University Kano, as a complete gentleman with a passion for education describing it as a “painful and huge loss”.

He urged the former Administrator of Kogi LG to take solace in the fact that his late son lived a purposeful life who was committed to the service of God and humanity.

Bashir Gegu prayed to Allah to forgive the sins of Anas Musa and let Al-Jannah Firdaus be his final abode.

He said: “I sympathise with the Executive Chairman, Kogi State Civil Service Commission, and entire people of Kogi LG over the demise of the worthy son.

“The late Anas was humble, easY-going, selfless, and committed to service of God and humanity.

“The deceased will be greatly missed by family members, friends, and associates.

“I urge the Tanko family to sustain the good deeds of the deceased.”

Global Times Nigeria reports that people from all walks of life have thronged the Lokoja residence of Barrister Muhammed Tanko Musa to register their condolences.
