Precious Chikwendu, a former beauty queen, has revealed why her former husband couldn’t make love to her and claimed that the former Minister of Aviation, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode suffers from erectile dysfunction before a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Customary Court in Abuja.
Chikwendu revealed this in a request for permission to see her children submitted through her lawyer, Mr. Abiodun Olusanya.
Chikwendu claimed in the suit FCT/CCK8/01/043/2021 that Fani-Kayode hasn’t had sex with her in six years and that she was compelled to remain celibate during the marriage.
She also claimed that artificial insemination was used to conceive her four children with Fani-Kayode.
Chinwendu claimed through her lawyer that: “at every attempt, the petitioner made to have s*xual intercourse with the respondent, there was never erection of the respondent’s penis/manhood and penetration was frustrating.
“During such periods of frustration and s*xual desire, the petitioner would be left with the choice of merely rubbing herself on the respondent, to have the slightest bit of relief.
“The petitioner then insisted parties should seek medical help for the respondent, and on visiting the family doctor, the respondent claimed he was diagnosed of having a cyst on his penis/manhood, which is not allowing the respondent to have erection and or perform s*xually.
“He was supposedly placed on cyprotab and the doctor suggested thatcrontabpondent should go and decide when he wishes to remove/untangle the cyst.”
Chikwendu urged the court to declare that she was never married to him because Fani-Kayode did not pay her bridal price or perform traditional or statutory marriage rites with her.
She said that throughout their time together, she discovered that, despite Fani-denials, Kayode’s marriage to his third wife, Regina, was still going strong.
In her November 29, 2021 “Application for issuance of civil sus/plaint” against Fani-Kayode (the respondent) in suit FCT/CCK8/01/043/2021 filed by her attorney Mr. Abiodun E. Olusanya, Chikwendu (the petitioner) made the averments.
She also asked for an order providing her access to him. r children during the school year and requiring the respondent to be responsible for the academic, medical, clothing, and wellbeing of the cohabitation’s four children.
She wants “An order ordering the respondent to release and return the Petitioner’s property which includes the petitioner’s certificates and documents, trophies from the United Nations pageantry, Red Range Rover car, registered under her foundation name and the foundation’s certificates and the petitioner’s picture.”
Chikwendu claimed that since August 2020 that she walked out of the house, she has been continuously denied access to her children and her children have been continuously deprived of motherly care and protection.
Fani-Kayode is yet to file a response to the application.
