Guber election: Kogi is in dire need of change, — AA Gov’norship candidate, Olayinka Braimoh Says

…..As over 200 APC, PDP supporters joins AA to rescue Kogi.

The leadership of Action Alliance, AA, Kogi State chapter has received more members of All Progressives Congress, APC, and People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Kogi local area of the State, who denounced the membership of their former parties.

Our correspondent reports that the decampees said they were informed by the party’s governorship candidate move to defeat poverty and put Kogi among the most developed states in the nation.

They assured the guber candidate of their resolved to support his ambition to become the next governor of the State.

Chairman of AA in Kogi Local Government Area, Hon. Yunusa Zakari said the governorship candidate of their party is vibrant young man with a well prepared vision and mission to deliver Kogi from the oppressors.

He described Otunba Braimoh Olayinka as a true son of Kogi State, who is out to make a difference as well restore the lost glory of the state caused by successive administration.

He used the occasion to welcomed the defectors and assured of equal treatment.

Zakari tasked the on massive sensitization of voters in their units, ward and LG, adding that the people matter most in the November 11 election.

On his part, A frontline governorship candidate of the Action Alliance, AA, for the slated November 11 election, Otunba Braimoh Olayinka lauded the decision of over 200 supporters of All Progressives Congress, APC, and People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Akpasu ward in Koton-karfe, Kogi local government area of the State, who have dumped their former parties to join his quest to rescue the State.

Report said the AA governorship candidate had over a months moving round the 21 LGAs and the three senatorial districts of Kogi Stae, most especially to see for himself what the people are passing through in the last seven years of present administration.

While receiving the defectors from APC and PDP numbering 200 persons from Akpasu ward, Mr. Braimoh Olayinka congratulated them and said they would be treated equally as other members of the party.

According to him, “I am on a Mission to make sure that no family begs before they eat. Nobody will beg before they will pay children’s school fees.”

He promised to rehabilitate the road leading to Adangiri as well as repositioning of primary and secondary schools education.

Otunba Braimoh also visited some Royal Fathers where they prayed passionately for the realization of his ambition.

While in the area, the AA governorship candidate and its team visited the Ohinoyi of Girinya, HRH. Alhaji Muhammed Momoh, said he was the first Candidate to visit the community, and assured of support of his subjects.

The royal father commended Otunba Braimoh for making poverty eradication part of his agenda, lamenting that poverty has ravaged his community.
