Gwagwalada PDP Chairmanship Candidate Condoles Senator Aduda Over Father’s Death.

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chairmanship candidate for the February 12, 2022 chairmanship election in Gwagwalada area council, Hon Kassim Mohammed Ikwa, has condoled Senator Philip Aduda, over the death of his father, late Bishop Tanimu Aduda.

Global Times Nigeria correspondent report that late Senator Aduda’s father died in the early hours of Wednesday, after a brief illness at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.

Hon Kassim, who is the incumbent vice chairman of Gwagwalada area council, was accompanied by the Gwagwalada chapter chairman of the PDP, Mohammed Ibrahim, . Ibrahim, party elders, stalwharts and supporters at the private residence of Senator Aduda in Karu, on Saturday.

The vice chaiman said he received the news about the death of Senator Aduda’s father with great shock, while describing the late Aduda’s father as a ‘father’ to everyone in the FCT who had always accommodate everyone irrespective of tribe, religious or ethnic affiliation.

“The late distinguished Senator Aduda’s father, was a father, grand father that was always our source of inspiration spiritually, but today he is no more and we can’t question God, as every life must test death,” he said.

The vice chairman urged the distinguished Senator Aduda, who he described as a great leader in the FCT to take heart, saying people of FCT will continue to be proud of his father for giving birth to a child who is salvaging the life of FCT people.
