The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Youths and Students Affairs, Hon. Ahmadu Jibril Oludare has commiserate with the OBARO OF KABBA, His Royal Majesty, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi over the demise of his father, Pa Timothy Owoniyi.
Hon. Oludare, in a condolence message described Late Pa Timothy Owoniyi as an illustrious personality who has contributed his quota to the development of the Area, the State and the Nation at large.
He noted that Pa TIMOTHY OWONIYI’s lifestyle as told through history was worthy of emulation by the young generation.
The SA on Youths and Students Affairs encouraged the Obaro of Kabba, HRM, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi and other family members to take solace in the fact that Pa Timothy Owoniyi lived a fulfilled life.
Hon. Ahmadu Jibril Oludare prayed God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and also prayed God to grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest.
The 90 year old Pa Timothy Owoniyi, who is the Father of the Obaro of Kabba, died after a brief illness on Friday, 3rd December 2021 at Ile-Ife, Osun State where he lived for 65 years.
He is survived by two wives, 11 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
