Hon. Salifu Idachaba Welcomes Kogites to 2022, Calls for Concerted Efforts at Inculcating Culture on the Younger Generation

Kogi State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Hon. Salifu Isah Idachaba has felicitate with the good people of Kogi State for witnessing the new year 2022.
Hon. Idachaba in a message of felicitation appreciated Allah for seeing the people through the previous year and also commend them for their resilience.
The Kogi Culture and Tourism Commissioner said there was need for all and sundry, especially parents to double their efforts at inculcating the culture they are known for in their children, stressing that Western Culture was fast eating deep into the fabrics of the society.
Hon. Idachaba called for concerted efforts at reviving the rich culture the people of the Confluence State are endowed with, saying such will go a long way at consolidating on Government’s efforts so far.
He also enjoined parents, teachers, opinion moulders and everyone with the good of the society at heart to also help at imbibing good morals on the young ones.
Hon. Idachaba appreciated the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for taking the bull by the horn by initiating ideas that will practically help boost the sector.
Such initiatives he said include the newly inaugurated Kogi State Advisory Committee on Culture and Tourism, which he explained that will turn the State to epicentre of Culture and Tourism in the Country following the calibre of personalities that made up the Committee.
Hon. Idachaba called on the people to continue to support the Governor Yahaya Bello led Administration in the State whom he said will bring more dividends of democracy to all.
