Kwali council, firm to sign MOU of N13.7bn for ultra modern trailer park project
……Sets up 9 members committee.

The Kwali area council in the FCT has set to signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with a construction firm, (Bestman) Petroleum Nigeria Limited) for the construction of N13.7 billion ultra modern trailer park in the area.
Chairman of the council, Danladi Chiya, disclosed this to newsmen shortly after a meeting with the chief executive/managing director of Best Petroleum Nigeria Limited, Dr Bestman Paul Anekwe, who paid him a visit in his office on Tuesday.
He said the ultra modern trailer park which will be sited at Piri-Anini village along Abuja-Lokoja highway, will be one of the best trailer park in the northern central region of the country.

He said the trailer park project will be through Public Private Partnership ( PPP) will have features that include restaurant, chapel, mosque, 2000 shops, DSS, army, police posts, mega filling station, recreational center, bank, plaza, clinic, Adm block, fire service station and a 5 star hotel.
According to him, the ulta modern trailer park will generate and boost more revenue generation for the council and the FCT administration, adding that the trailer park will create job for over 1000 youth and women in the area.
The chairman, also announced a nine members committee for the trailer park project, which he said has director of works of the council, Dr Nyizazo Naphtali Audi, Mr Nnamdi Christian Anekwe and Mr Omokafe Jinadu as chairman, secretary and coordinator respectively.
He also mentioned representatives of the police force, Dss, FRSC, fire service, Army, NSDC, federal ministry of works, NURTW, trailer drivers union, ministry of information, and representative of the FCT administration as members of the committee.
On his part, the Chief executive/managing director of Best Petroleum Nigeriia Limited, Dr Bestman Paul Anekwe, appreciated the council chairman for going into partnership with his firm toembark on construction of the ultra modern trailer park in the area.
He assured that the firm will carry out quality work, saying arrangements are being put in place to commence clearing of the site in the next two weeks after all the necessary papers documents has been concluded.
