Following sad occurrence leading to passing onto the glory of a revered community leader, Pa, Mallam husseini dio, the Madaki Omoko, Kogi State Commissioner for solid Minerals and natural resources, Hon. Engr. High Chief Muhammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu, has commiserated with family and entire people of the community.
Chief Abubakar Bashir Gegu, in his condolence message to the family and made available to the newsmen on Thursday, expressed deep shock over the demise of Pa, Mallam Husseini Dio, whom he described as a very just, selfless, humane and great man of wisdom who has contributed immensely to his immediate community.
According to the statement, the Commissioner noted that late Madaki Omoko until his dead was a devoted Muslim, father of all and sundry and hard working community leader whose reign witnessed peace, development, unity and among other.
“We have lost yet another great community leader, our father in all ramifications that is after unity, progress, peace, development and unity of his people”.
He said the late community left a vacuum that can only be filled by the most high God.
He however, prayed Allah to repose his soul and grant him eternal rest in Paradise and, as well grant the entire family, Omoko community and entire Ummah the fortitude to bear this irredeemable loss.
“The late Madaki Omoko will be remember for his good deeds. He has successfully laid a foundation of peace and development. “
