Yesterday, the Managing Director/CEO of Kogi State Property & Investment Limited, Hajia Aishat Sulaiman held a meeting with a Kogi Born business investment consultant who has been in the field for several years. The objective of the meeting was centred on how to attract more investors and create job opportunities for the citizens in the state, particularly for the Youth and Women.
Plans and strategies in line with the company policy were discussed during the meeting.
During the productive meeting, Hajia Aishat appreciated the efforts of the executive governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello led administration geared towards reviving some of the state owned business ventures aimed at improving the economic development of the state.
She re-stated her continuous determination and commitment in working for the progress of the state, especially on “Human Capital Development” which is one of the top priorities of “Let’s Do More” administration under the leadership of his Excellency, Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello.
In his brief remarks, the Kogi Born Business Investment Consultant, Abu-Saeed Muhammad Buhari commended the Managing Director and appreciated her unparalleled passion and commitment to drive the company to an enviable height.
He added that once the vision of the leadership is clear and shared, a proper strategic plan is put in place and enabling environment is provided, the set out goals can easily be achieved.
Abu-Saeed further suggested the encouragement of SME to boost the economic prosperity of the state and pledged to actively support the MD and the company with innovative and achievable investment ideas and bring his wealth of experience to bear ensuring that the company becomes the fulcrum of economic growth in Kogi state.
He thanked the Managing Director for giving him ample opportunity to hold this valuable meeting with her.
He described the MD as a “great personality” who has a passion for the actualization of responsibilities bestowed on her.
“I am indeed very grateful, and by God’s grace, I will try my best to justify the confidence reposed in me”, he added.
