A frontline politician and former president of Egbira youth movement, EYM, Alhaji Abdullahi Kasim Ohizi said the Egbira Nation and entire people of Toto local government area of Nasarawa State are satisfied with the leadership prowess of the Speaker Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ibrahim Abdullahi Balarabe.
He also said the Egbira nation should consider themselves very lucky having Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi Balarabe as their leader.
Mr. Ohizi, a former 2019 state assembly aspirant under the podium of the All Progressives Congress, APC, representing Toto/Gadabuke state constituency made the commendation over the weekend in Lafia, the Nasarawa State Capital.
The former Egbira youth leader said Rt. Hon Balarabe reign is full of peace, progress and development hence to support his quest to do more for their people.
Alhaji Alkasim Ohizi said Egbira has achieved so much under the era of Balarabe led Toto LG leadership in areas of peace, socio-economic development and infrastructure among others.
“Since creation of Toto LG, we’ve never had it so good like what we’re currently witnessing under the pragmatic leadership of Speaker Balarabe, he is indeed a rare political leader sent by God Almighty to wipe the age-long tears of his people.”
“I had the opportunity to sit with Speaker Balarabe, all he does and talk was about development and how to improve on wellbeing of his people.”
He appreciated Speaker Balarabe for facilitating appointment of sons and daughters of Toto LG, assuring him of full support and loyalty.
Alhaji Kasim Ohizi described Speaker Balrabe as a good captain that is sailing his people well to the expected promise land, he therefore, urged the Egbira Nation home and abroad to rally support their political leader in order to do more.
In another development, the former Egbira Youth equally comdoled with Ohimegye Opanda, Umaisha Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Usman Abdullahi over the demise of his wife and Queen Mother, Hajia Maimunat Usman.
Ohizi prayed God Almighty to grant late Queen mother, Maimunat with paradise and give Ohimegye Opanda and entire bereave family the fortitude to bear the irreparable lost.
He promise to lead a delegation of Egbira youth to pay a physical condolence visit to Ohimegye in council next week.
