The Speaker Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Honorable Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi is indeed a rare political leader with a special interest to support others to succeed in their various endeavours.
Like Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State whose leadership has brought redemption to the state within few years he has served, Speaker Balarabe is also known for his vast humility and leadership prowess which he has displayed over the years.
Rt. Hon Balarabe has recently paid a surprised visit to some senior political appointees and officials in the state particularly those from Toto local government area including the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Barrister Shuaibu Labaran Magaji, Commissioner of Health, Dr. Gaza Gwawna and Secretary of the Teachers Service Commission, Hon Usman Labaran Shafa among others.
Speaker Balarabe said his visit to some key political appointees from born out of passion he has for his people within and beyond, stressing the need for unity among political class.
He said the time has come to pursue the common goal which is the people first.
According to him, his aim in politics was to contribute his quota to the development of his host constituent, Toto LG and Nasarawa as a whole.
The Toto LG political leader while playing host to Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Labaran Magaji appreciated him for taking a bold steps at ensuring quick administration of Justice.
It would be recalled that Speaker Balarabe had earlier visited his brother, Barr Labaran Shuaibu Magaji at his residence to congratulate him and assured of support.
Speaker Balarabe who represent the good people of Umaisha/Ugya constituency under the podium of All Progressives Congress, APC, assured the law officer of his continued support to enable him succeed.
Similarly, Speaker Balarabe was at the Ministry of Health to extend his love and best wishes to his brother and Commissioner of Health, Dr. Gaza Gwamna.
While welcoming him onboard, Speaker Balarabe prayed God for his success, noting that the expectations before them is high.
Alhaji Balarabe in his brief comment to the newly appointed Secretary Teachers Service Commission and former lawmaker who represented the good people of Toto/Gadabuke constituency, Alhaji Hon Usman Labaran Shafa, said his appointment gladden his heart in view of unprecedented achievements he recorded while in the house.
He urged the TSC scribe to work hard and leave above aboard.
