Member Representing Keffi East constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon Abdulaziz SK Danladi, has distributed 350 bags of rice and other items to his constituents in order to improve on their standard of living especially during Ramadan.
Abdulaziz (APC)and Chairman, House Committee on Works while distributing the items and cash urged the beneficiaries to use them for the purpose they were meant for.
The lawmaker has restated his continued commitment to initiate good policies and programmes that would have direct bearing on the lives of the people of his constituency.
It was gathered that items distributed includes 100 bags of 50kg of rice, 100 bags of 25 kg of rice, 150 bags of 10 kg of rice, 50 packs of milk, 100 packs of King Granite Oil, 50 packs of Golden penny and 50 packs of sugar as well as cash.
” I want to assure you of my continued determination to represent you well at all times.
” I will continue to key into good policies and programmes that will have direct bearing on your lives and the lives of others positively,” he said.
Abdulaziz has assured the people of his constituency of sound and effective representation at the state legislature in order to improve on their standard of living.
He called on them and other people of the State to support Gov. Abdullahi Sule’s adminsitration to succeed beyond 2023.
The lawmaker called on Muslims and other Nigerians to use the period of the Ramadan to pray for the nation’s unity, peace, progress and development.
He added that no society would achieve meaningful progress and development without unity and peace, hence the need of his call in that direction.
It would be reported that some of the beneficiaries, who spoke during the distribution exercise appreciated Hon Abdulaziz for the gesture and called for its sustenance.
They have described Abdulaziz as a God sent representative to the constituency.
They have also assured the lawmaker of their loyalty and support to succeed at all times.
The beneficiaries have prayed and wished Hon Abdulaziz well in his political struggle.
