Senate Aduda engages in basketball training in Abuja

The senate minority leader, Senator Philip Aduda representing the FCT created time from his tight schedule to engaged in a basketball training at the sport arena of the popular City Park in Abuja, on Tuesday.

 

Aduda, who was accompanied by the honorable commissioner for Public Complaints Commission (PCC) representing the FCT, Ezikel Dalhattu Musa, joined some youth at the training ground where he displayed his skills.

Speaking with our correspondent after he participated in the 90 minutes training along with some youth, advised the youth to always devote their time to engaged in sporting activities.

He said it is important for him as of part his desire to create time out of his tight schedule to always engage in sporting activities, especially basketball and handball training in order to keep him physically fit at all times.

He added that participating in sporting activities will also help to develop mental and phycological as well as boost health status of the entire body system, even as he regretted that symmetric life style of some youth has made them not to give more attention to participate in sporting activities.

The senate minority leader, however, urged youth to always see importance of participating in a regular training, while assuring that he will continue to give priority attention on sport development across the FCT.
