The new Oni Echikpa of Igu (Koton-Karfe) Kingdom, Alhaji Hussaini Ada Alhassan has reiterated his determination to work hard to justify the privilege given him by the Ohimege-Igu (Koton-Karfe), His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Abdulrazak Sanni Isah-Koto.

Alhaji Husseini Alhassan in an interview with Newsmen said “I feel so great, so elated to given this title ‘Oni Echikpa’ of Igu (Koton-Karfe) Kingdom. In fact, I never saw it coming, I am very happy that His Royal Majesty counted me among sons/daughters to be honoured in his domain”

Speaking further, Alhaji Husseini Alhassan explained that the title Oni Echikpa connotes one who cares, always ready to show concern and assist the needy, the public and particularly interested in the development of the Area.

He promised to double his efforts at contributing to the rapid growth of the Area and enjoined the people to give their cooperation to traditional rulers to enable them succeed.

“I want to categorically say that His Royal Majesty is a true father and I have given him my unflinching support and loyalty as a son. If have been honored for the little I thought I have done then, I have no choice than to double my efforts so that generations after us will hear of our good works”, he concluded.
