2023: Political Groups in Udege/Loko endorses Gov. Sule, Hon Okpoku for another term
Political groups in Udege /Loko State Constituency the Odu Youth and One Nation of Loko, Udege, and Mararaba respectively have endorsed Gov. Abdullahi Sule and Hon Mohammed Okpoku, members representing Udege/ Loko at the state legislature for 2023 General Elections.
Arch Alaska and Umar Ibrahim Mbeki, Chairmen of the groups made their positions known when they led their members on courtesy visits to the lawmaker in his home town Udege-Kasa, Nasarawa LG of the State.
They have said that both Gov. Sule and Hon Okpoku have performed well, hence the need for endorsement.
The duo has called on the people of the constituency and the state at large to support Hon Okpoku and Gov Sule to succeed beyond 2023.
“We are here on a solidarity visit and to pass our vote of confidence on you and Gov. Abdullahi Sule beyond 2023”.
Responding, Hon Mohammed Okpoku, member representing Udege/ Loko constituency at the state legislature appreciated the groups for the endorsement and has assured them of continued purposeful leadership.

Okpoku who holds the traditional title of Sarkin Yaki Udege called on them to continue to give him, Gov. Sule, and APC their maximum support to enjoy more dividends of democracy.
Okpoku, who is the Chairman of, House Committee on NASIEC has called on the people of the constituency to live peacefully and tolerate one another for peace and development to thrive.
He said Gov. Sule has done a lot for the people in both security and infrastructure hence the need for more support and cooperation with the government of the day.
